Our Mission

Designed as a private, guided experience, Lifted experiences create intentional space to step out of constant demand and reconnect, spiritually, relationally, and directionally. Through structured conversations, shared moments, and time set apart, couples engage the real dynamics of leadership: strengthening communication, clarifying roles, and creating space to hear God clearly without distraction.

Lifted is offered in two distinct tracks, each designed for a specific season of leadership:

Emerging Leaders engage in stateside experiences focused on building alignment, confidence, and sustainable rhythms early in their leadership journey.

Senior Leaders step into a deeper level of restoration and recalibration through our flagship Barbados experience, creating space for perspective, renewal, and next-level clarity.

Both tracks share the same goal: that you leave rested, aligned, and clear on how to lead forward—together.

This season is about alignment.
